Ground Shipping

Our shipping rates are for the lower 48 states only. If you live in HI, AK, or PR you may be contacted prior to shipment to authorize additional shipping charges.

Shipping Methods: We ship USPS and FedEx based on weight and destination. If you provided an email address at checkout you will receive an email regarding your shipment.

Items usually ship within 24-72 hours after order placement. This may not apply to used or special order items.

Expedited Shipping

Need to get a part in time for the big show or just need to get your ride back on the road? No problem, we offer expedited shipping. Please call us to place the order that you need expedited or if you have already placed your order please call us and we can upgrade the shipping. This is the only way we can guarantee the delivery date of your item. Orders must be placed by 2pm EST to leave the same day on an expedited shipping option.

Drop-Ships

Items listed below are made-to-order and will be drop-shipped from the manufacturer. They are listed with their expected delivery times.

  • Carpet: 2-3 Weeks
  • Headliner: 2-3 Weeks
  • Convertible Tops and Components: 2-3 Weeks
  • Upholstery: 4-6 Weeks
  • Rear Seat Deletes: 3-6 Weeks

Shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO

We can ship most orders to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses at no additional charge. Some oversized or drop-ship orders can only be shipped via UPS/FedEx and therefore must have a valid street address.

For shipping purposes, all U.S. military personnel are considered in the United States, regardless of where they are stationed. Because of this, there are certain special guidelines to follow when filling out a military delivery address.

For City, Enter either APO (for Army Post Office) or FPO (for Fleet Post Office).

For State, Select AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe, Middle East), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific).

Enter the zip code provided by the military.

For country, select United States regardless of where the recipient is stationed.

Items Damaged in Shipping

If your item is damaged in shipping please, contact us immediately. You must retain the original box and all of the original packaging material. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. You may elect to wait until the claim has been paid to receive your replacement part or you may purchase a second one and we will give you a refund when the claim has been paid. If you ship the item back to us or you lose or alter the original box or packaging material it will void the insurance claim.

Canadian Shipping

Canadian shoppers you can process your orders online and get the correct shipping costs at checkout. The more you order, the more you save on shipping. The lowest shipping class that we use to ship to Canada is USPS Priority Mail, starting at approximately US$19.00, but after that it is only a small amount to add additional items. You will always be able to see the shipping charges before you enter your credit card information. We prefer to ship all Canadian packages by the US Postal Service due to lower brokerage fees, however, some oversized items must be shipped by UPS. Customer is responsible for brokerage fees, duties and taxes. We cannot mark the package anything other than "merchandise" and the actual retail value will be declared to customs.

International Shipping (for Canada, see Canadian Shipping)

We ship worldwide. If you would like us to ship to a country other than the USA or Canada you must contact us for a shipping quote. To provide faster, more accurate information we suggest that you create an account on our website, add all of the items that you need to the "Project List" and then contact us for a shipping quote. We can view your list and send you an itemized invoice, including international shipping that can be paid online with a credit card. If possible, we prefer to ship by the United States Postal Service Insured, however oversized items must be shipped by UPS. Customer is responsible for brokerage fees, duties and taxes.

Returns

Please, inspect every item of your purchase upon receipt even if you do not intend to install it right away. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The part must be in its original condition, unopened and undamaged. We will refund the purchase price of the item only, not the shipping charges. Due to the special nature of used, obsolete Ford parts and special orders, we are unable to offer refunds on these items. Headliners and convertible top parts have a 25% restocking fee. Carpets, Rear Seat Deletes and Upholstery are non-returnable. Please request samples prior to ordering if you are concerned about color and texture.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All of our new reproduction/aftermarket products are backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Used and NOS items are excluded.

Backordered Items

If one of your items is backordered, it will be shipped separately on a later date via standard shipping. You will be notified via email that your item is on backorder. We will not charge you anything additional to ship a backordered item.

Sales Tax

All order shipped to a North Carolina address will be charged 7.75% sales tax. No other orders will be charged sales tax.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Google Checkout, and Money Orders.

Money Orders

Rewards Points

Rewards points are an easy way for you to save money every time you place an order with us. Create a login by clicking the "User Login" button.
